Founded by Dr. Raymond Mugwanya, a digital transformation leader, enterprise architect, and human–computer interaction expert with 15+ years of African experience, QoDesign Dynamics helps organizations unlock clarity, creativity, and capability. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives with governments and global organizations including UNICEF, ITU, Living Goods, and BRAC. Highlights include spearheading Uganda’s national electronic Community Health Information System (eCHIS), supporting 20,000+ frontline health workers, and co-leading Uganda’s first national ICT skills assessment strategy.
With a PhD in Computer Science (University of Cape Town), an MSc in Computing (University of Liverpool), and TOGAF® 10 certification, Dr. Mugwanya blends academic rigor with practical expertise. He lectures UX design, service innovation, and project management at Makerere University, mentoring future digital leaders.
